Screener Training

IRLEN SCREENER TRAINING – Irlen Syndrome or Scotopic Sensitivity Syndrome is a common visual perceptual problem that can affect reading and writing and can significantly interfere with tests and grades. Dr. Cibelli offers a two-day workshop for educators and other professionals to become certified Irlen Screeners. Training includes current knowledge on Irlen Syndrome, research, test administration and scoring, a practicum (often with clients or family that you bring in) and how to select the appropriate colored overlays for each person you screen.
