Irlen Syndrome is unfortunately not covered by medical insurance.
Irlen screenings are $250 and include your overlays.
Irlen diagnostics are $350 and include your lens colors and a short report.
Irlen lenses in your frames usually run about $450.
High density lenses for prescriptions that are in excess of 2.5 diopters are an additional $150.
The fee to adjust your lenses within four months is $175.
The annual recheck is $250.
Rates for Psychotherapy and Testing
$200 per 50-minute psychotherapy session
Most psychological assessments are covered by insurance.
Rates for Psychological assessment depend on the number of hours of testing but usually run from $1500 for young children to $2250 for adolescents and $3400 and up for adults.
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician? and
- Is CE Davidson Cibelli, Ph.D. on my insurance panel?
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash and all major credit cards accepted for payment. PayPal is available on this website.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you may be required to pay the full cost of the session.
